• A New Way

We are building the world’s largest social network for health that rallies millions of people to get well faster and stay well longer in the comfort of their homes. Our network equally serves the many stakeholders in healthcare – Patients, Providers, Personal Caregivers and Payers – in one place, ultimately eliminating the problems rooted in poor or untimely communication.

Leadership Team

Ashish V. Shah

Co-Founder

Ashish is a visionary leader and innovator in healthcare. With a proven track record, he has demonstrated an adept understanding of the complexities and issues torturing the current healthcare system. Most recently he was the Chief Technology Officer at Medicity which was acquired by Aetna. Shortly thereafter, Ashish lost his father to heart disease and the subsequent events inspired the mission of PreparedHealth. When offline, he’s training for triathlons, pestering users for feedback, and trying to keep up with his brilliant wife and two kids.

David M. Coyle

Co-Founder

David is a healthcare-focused entrepreneur whose businesses have spanned physician practice management software, hospital and health plan networks, electronic medical records and health information exchanges. His most recent company, Medicity, was acquired by Aetna in 2011. He holds impressive patents for Patient Indexing and Record Locator technologies. In addition to stealing the occasional morning to go surfing David enjoys spending time in Ireland at their 300 year old family home; that just happens to have a pub in it.

Erin Karam

Chief Technology Officer

Erin’s depth of cross industry technology experience brings a fresh approach to this veteran health care team. Erin’s expertise lies in enterprise application architecture and emerging mobile, cloud and big data technologies. Most recently she was scaling product operations for Solstice Mobile, which was acquired by St. Ives Group. She attributes her success to following her passions, and embracing the discomfort of the unknown. Erin was a 2016 Moxie Award Finalist for “Best Woman in Tech” category. Oh, and she’s a former ball player who loves the Chicago Cubs. #FlyTheW

A Minnesota native, Brad enjoys boating and cruising around harbors in the Florida Gulf Coast.

Tim Coulter

Chief Operating Officer

Tim has spent the last 16 years leading teams to bring new, innovative products to hundreds of hospital system customers across the country. He has a knack for making everyone happy by linking internal goals to customer success metrics. Most recently, he served in leadership positions at Medicity in virtually every department – Sales & Marketing, Client Delivery and Finance. Outside of health IT, Tim can be found on the football fields of northern Georgia as the proud parent of four extremely active boys and the husband to one very patient wife.

Megan Gilmore

While Megan loves to travel and spend time with family and friends, she is also loving her new role as mom. You’ll often find her balancing meetings and morning trips to the zoo.
