Regional Vice President of Sales - West Coast

Prepared Health is looking for a senior-level Regional Vice President of Sales to lead the West Coast. This is a regional position based in the West Coast. Primary responsibility will be to lead and manage sales activities within the allocated region with a focus on direct selling into hospitals, health systems and related healthcare solution providers. The positions include direct sales to customers, strategic partners and some channel sales responsibilities in the region. The ideal candidate will have experience selling healthcare software solutions with strong technical skills in selling care coordination software and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and people skills and will be self-driven with the ability to travel up to 50% or more.  Must have a proven track record of measurable success.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree is required
  • 7 – 10 years of sales experience is required (healthcare software sales experience preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills by phone and in person

Job Duties:

  • Meet or exceed sales quota in assigned territory
  • Be a clinical expert in Care Coordination software
  • Exhibit strong business acumen to include contract negotiations, business reviews and business proposals
  • Develop and implement territory business plans designed to achieve sales quota in the region
  • Build sustainable business relationships with hospitals and post-acute care organizations within region
  • Create new business opportunities in alignment with company focus and priorities
  • Meet or exceed regional and corporate sales goals
  • Communicate market intelligence to team members and marketing department of competitor’s new product offerings, pricing strategy, and merchandising practices in the assigned territory
  • Complete and submit all administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (CRM, expense reports, and PTO)
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed by the SVP of Sales & Marketing
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of Prepared Health product offerings, competitors, and local market changes
  • Become proficient with the Prepared Health platform and be able to demonstrate the product

Software Engineer
Looking for a back-end engineer to join our small team. Help us disrupt health care as we know it. Ideally you have a few years of experience writing scalable production worthy back-end code. We run a service-oriented architecture communicating via a mix of HTTP and messaging. We are integrate near real-time with hospitals to provide patient analytics, improve care management, and deliver business intelligence to our clients.

User Experience Designer

Looking for a user experience designer to join our small team. Help us disrupt health care as we know it. Ideally you have a few years of experience crafting beautiful and functional design systems for large scale applications. You have a proven ability to dive deep in a problem space, and understand user behavior, processes and workflows. You are committed to learning and becoming an expert in the healthcare space, and have proven experience designing across platforms for native mobile and responsive web.

Job Description

  • Collaborate and lead product decisions in informing the strategy for longitudinal expansion of product and business needs; own and direct the experience users have with the product on the whole and in general
  • Be the voice of the client, speak on behalf of users and customers to the product team, operations team and to the company
  • Assist product management in weighing product decisions based on user needs and business requirements and customer deliverables
  • Own the vision of product from now to future, and full plan for product moving forward
  • Take ownership of current state of product, its future vision and advise on how to reach in an iterative manner (in collaboration with product manager)

Strategy

  • Implement and contribute to a company design system to provide a consistent experience
  • Passionately advocate for the user and evangelize the importance of user feedback and data-driven decision making
  • Lead the entire product design lifecycle - including conducting user research, concepting, wireframing, and detailed visual design
  • Collaborate across several teams, including but not limited to design, engineering and project management
  • Navigate the complexity of larger scale projects, from tiny interaction details to the larger product vision and customer experience as a whole
  • Create and deliver assets to developers and work tirelessly to ensure the design is being implemented to a high standard

Research & Design Implementation

  • Build design prototypes
  • Present design solutions to customers, stakeholders and executives
  • Incorporate feedback into the design process
  • Implement flows, wireframes and interaction models that use UX best practices for both desktop and mobile environments
  • Conduct user research and design engaging experiences for Desktop, Web and Mobile
  • Commit to in-depth industry research to understand not only user behavior but motivation and clinical workflows

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a UX designer, preferably with experience in information system related project or products
  • Experience and evidence using best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture and design, and knowledge of usability principles, techniques and/ or cases which support them
  • Familiarity using, collaborating, and managing design production software and libraries: Sketch, Zeplin, Invision
  • Ability to accurately map, wireframe and present comprehensive end-to-end user journey maps/stories
  • Experience working in a collaborative team, working directly with software development engineers, UI designers, product managers and other business stakeholders
